Every winter in Toronto the first snowfall creates havoc on the roads and the morning commute. YES I was on the road longer, but I wasn't that late for work.
And like clockwork students call the university first thing to find out if classes are cancelled.
The answer is always....no. (especially if you call at 10am and ask about 7pm classes)
Seriously, it could be way worse.....
