Happy (Canadian) Thanksgiving!

Mini blogging break to wrap my head around some life altering news but...

Substitution called!

So I completely ignored my to-do list when I came across this pattern.

I made it in my size and in all black.

But before I take a pic I have to decide if I want to do the buttons like the pattern calls for, or put a flower on one side to make it a bit more girl-y.

Decisions, decisions.

Well the first thing on my to-do list is to update this blog. Check!

- finish stenciling the canvas
- finish the purse for my friends little girl
- finish the pillow for another friends little girl
- finish the quilt square for joint project

And much less fun...

- do laundry
