I carry your heart...

In an attempt to keep my creative muscles toned I'm trying to just create. I'm trying to not over think things and just "do".

This project started out with me super frustrated at the paint I used to the being annoyed I couldn't find my white paint pen.

I used a black sharpie for the lettering and then when I wasn't happy with how the black looked on the purple background I tried a silver pen.

It's not the favorite piece I've ever done but I'm happy that it continued to evolve the more I worked in it. I'm sure there's a lesson in there somewhere. ;)

Test - iPhone Blogger App

Maybe a two year break is what I needed since now I have an awesome camera on me at all times (I love you iPhone 4S) AND I can blog on the go with the Blogger app!!

So far, so good!

Testing the water

I can't believe its been almost two years since my last blog post.  I used to REALLY love it.  It was fun!  I love the interaction with other blog readers.  But sometimes life just gets in the way, doesn't it?

But in the interest of doing more things that make me happy I would really like to start up again.  I have projects in the works. And they're projects I'm proud of (so far).

On my birthday back in March I started a photo a day project (@withonel75 #me365 on Instagram) and I've been good with keeping up with it.  So I think I'm ready for another challenge, don't you think?
